Misinformation and poor systems
I called on 26th September at 12:30 to chase prescription issued on 21 Sept told it was out for delivery (heard in the background that it was supposed to have been delivered on 23rd but trouble with van (driver)), not arrived by 1630, called and told that deliveries were made till 5:30. No delivery. Called at 9 am to 9:15 am phone line busy, called at 10:15 told they couldn't find prescription. Waiting for call back. Usually not critical. Don't know which is worse disassembling or giving information that is not based on knowledge or fact.
