Shocking lack of compassion

Collecting a prescription, staff were adamant had been claimed ( it had not) Went away, returned and explained again. Said I wouldn’t be claiming for something I had already received only to be told it’s your word against ours. I became distressed and explained that the reason I needed the medication was to support me to sleep since my son died by suicide on 15 December. They just turned their back and not one of the staff looked at me or asked if I was ok etc. I have never experienced such a lack of compassion - I left without my medicine.
