couple of times im having to chase after meds

I'm a sick woman who's unable to collect prescriptions, that's why I have my prescriptions delivered. The response I got I should get it myself. If the doctor and chemist give me bus fare every week I'd gladly pick my prescription up so I get my meds. I have polyarthralgia and thyroid and anemia they want a sick woman to sort out medication and get it my self how professional they are.
