Poor customer service and staff attitude

I went into the rosedale surgery to pick up some of my medication that was not available over two weeks ago, I went last week and the polite lady said that the medication was not out of stock, I told her I had a weeks worth she advised me that not to run out but come back, so today they took my “Owe you” slip and went to check, after about three minutes she sai they are out of stock, I explained that I have only a few left and it’s not my fault? Then a staff member shouted it’s not my fault, this I did not expect, and she went round the side of wall and came back saying it must be the weather looking in my direction as she stated this. This is not how the NHS should treat patients with depression/ Anxiety, Another person came over and said that they have tried else where, she was there last week when I was told that not to run out and they will see if there is an alternative, today they didnt want to listen, they told me to go else where and see if I can get them, I have always use Hayden’s rosedale pharmacy but today was apparently unacceptable, In the end I went to the surgery and they are going to try and sort this out if an alternative is available. I should not have to do this myself. This pharmacy has gone down in performance for a while now.
