Dramatic decline

I noticed a real decline in staff morale and quality of care after a change in management. This was once a great home and the residents were receiving excellent care but now because of poor management and being understaffed the service is really suffering.
Worrying levels of care

Started off with the best intentions, then something changed within the home, and the level of care, dignity, compassion & record keeping went downhill. We have big concerns which are being addressed by outside organisations.
Excellent Care

The staff are very caring and helpful. I have an elderly mother there and she has been so well looked after for 4 years that I have been able to go away knowing that her needs will be met.
