BSL interpreter provider

Wonderful service! Make me gain confidence. got a BSL interpreter provider there. The dentist asked any questions to explain what happens when covid lockdowns etc. Easy communication with interpreter. Smooth talk discussions, perfect & clear. Happy gain confidence . Feel good. They will be booked up for BSL interpreter for 2 weeks time for appointment for my new dentures.
Appointments cancelled

I was called by the practice and told I needed an appointment for a check up but nearer the date. I was then called again and told that the appointment was cancelled. When I asked why I was told that it was because they were only doing private work that day.
Damaged my gums badly,likely to lose 2 teeth

When cleaning my teeth they used wrong device and introduced infection creating a pocket in my gums. Likely to lose 2 teeth. Refused rectifying treatment. I have had to go to a private clinic to get treatment to slowdown the loss of the 2 teeth.

Fantastic staff front of house and all dental team, covid measures spot on, didn’t wait too long, seen very promptly, fab dentist and her assistant, 10/10

I go to the Henderson house dental practice house in Haverhill and every time I have gone I have had a man dentist. I don’t know his name, but he is absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t fault him in any way what so ever. He is polite, always polite to my daughter, he’s always gets my daughter involved when I bring her down( she is 5) my daughter absolutely loves going to the dentist because of this man. The mans makes every experience delightful. The two ladies at the desk are also very helpful. I think one of the ladies name is Chloe, when ever I phone they are polite and help with what ever enquiry I have are never rude.

The dentist was young, and tried to tell me how to brush my teeth, I’ve not had a scale during my last few check up appointments but offered the hygienist at the cost of £55 for 30 min. Very poor service.

As with many healthcare services in the area, it is oversubscribed, and catching up after Covid. Could do with a couple more dentists to ease the burden, but my experience has generally been positive (over 20 years with this practice!).
