National shortage of ADHD medication.

There is a national shortage of ADHD medication, the NHS put out a warning to all clinicians, I was never informed of this until I went to collect my medication from the pharmacy. I have struggled to get this medication. My wife has had to ring around, and contact my former mental health team for advice. This practice has offered me no support whatsoever and there is no contingency plan in place. I am no longer under the care of adult mental health services. I have to rely on this practice, they have no understanding of people with mental health illness, I feel let down by this practice and I have no confidence in them.
