Never had any issues

I never had any issues with the service when it comes to the care they have shown me. I just have a suggestions, as I was unable to locate where I needed to be to see the Nurse as there are two seating areas. There are no signs for specific areas, however Nurses do come out and call you. I just felt as I was past my appointment time, that I was concerned that I may have missed it and was sitting in the wrong area. I would be very open to using an 'online' system to potentially speak to a clinician, instead of ringing in.
