This specialist service provides consultation, assessment and therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex neurodevelopmental difficulties and their families who are within the Integrated Community Paediatric Service. The team comprises of qualified Clinical Psychologists, Assistant Psychologist, Child & Family Practitioners and administrators deliver the service using evidenced base interventions. Children and families are seen with a range of concerns including complex developmental, behavioural or learning problems and other parenting struggles arising in the context of these underlying conditions, for example, difficulties forming relationships with their child, understanding or adjusting to a diagnosis and/or other neurodevelopmental needs.
