Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Access to antenatal classes

We have tried to access the Antenatal and Hypnobirthing but the message said *due to covid classes are not running.' This was very disappointing. This was via the ESNEFT website. We ended up paying for the NCT classes which we can afford, but many would not be able to do that. I had one miscarriage, and had no support before I was 12 weeks pregnant again. This for me was the most anxious time when I needed some reassurance, as this is the time that you have little movement and no real sign there is a baby there. The midwife at Ivry street is amazing.
