Ipswich Hospital (Part of the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust)

Little care for needs

I had to go all the way into this hospital just to have a Covid test 2 days before returning for the treatment. How ridiculous, as I could have got Covid and positive 2 days later on my return, when they did not do a test! They barely told me anything. I was then discharged and I have no car and I was not asked how I was getting home. Thankfully others in the clinic lived near me and offered me a lift. I returned for the procedure a couple of days later (pollyps in throat). I have heard nothing about the results of this. Had to ask the surgery to chase who said 'you need to go to the hospital for that.' Very frustrating.
