Felt very alone

After my baby's birth, my partner wasn't allowed to stay overnight, even though I had been awake for 63 hours. I was falling asleep holding my baby and all staff did was tell me off but did not offer any help at all. I had one midwife for the birth, but during the induction I saw multiple people, but the actual birth with them was good. I felt very alone when I was moved to the postnatal ward, very isolated and glad to go home.
