Poor

I arrived as walking to A&E after being involved in an road traffic collision earlier on the 10th May around 2pm. I was triaged and was told it was a two hour wait. By 6:30 PM still no call and no one had informed the waiting time had changed. Nor was there any information being displayed in the waiting area to say so. My pain in my right side had slightly subsided so I left to get some paracetamol and see how I went in the evening. This is not the service I expect from Ipswich hospital. Communication to patients is key and you let me down. I did get a call form a doctor who said if pain got worse to come back.
