High quality support exceptionally quickly

Good - swift reactions and processing of scan results through to urgent surgery to address a cyst. Every single person I came across was helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable. My appointments were faster than the letters arriving. It was a truly lovely experience. Not so good - no real post-surgery contact. I was given a piece of paper about some generalities on my wound care, but no check in on the well-being, or even practical advice on handling surgical wounds, time frame for stitches to come out, or what sort of things I can expect to deal with post surgery and time frame.
