Tongue Tie issues

4 years ago we had great difficulty getting our baby to feed and there was little support to either breastfeed or bottle feed even though we were struggling. We thought that tongue tie was an issue but couldn't get anyone to take us seriously even though he was losing weight, in the end we went private and as soon as the procedure was done the feeding issues our son had had completely went. We later found out that our midwife had received no training to help identify tongue tie.
