Mixed experiences

The appointments have all come through quickly but then when I was told I had breast cancer there was no mention that a mastectomy might be needed and then when I had a colonoscopy all the staff introduced themselves but when I asked the consultant their name they wouldn't say and said I didn't need to know, which shocked me.
