Visiting my father

Dad was on Brantham/Capel wards for a couple of nights. I took my mum into visit and EVERY member of staff we encountered, even those we just walked past in the corridors, smiled and made eye contact. The staff on his ward were brilliant, all so helpful and smiley as were the physiologists and cardiologist I talked with. They explained things patiently and clearly. Thanks to everyone.
