Specialist nurses brilliant

Generally appointments are when they should be. The specialist nurse is brilliant, she explains everything so well. However, I find my consultant hard to hear and they don't check that I understand what is being said. I'm meant to have regular scans every 3-4 months but it's been 6 months.
