Unhappy how I am treated in A & E

About a month ago I went to A & E as I felt in mental distress. I do feel that staff who recognise me in A & E do not treat me in an understanding way. I also find some staff to be somewhat rude in their attitude towards me. I was aware that it was said that I go to A & E just for somewhere to go, which is not true and when I heard this had been said I felt degraded. Some of the reception staff are good but some I find are very judgemental. It is hard to wait in the main waiting area when I feel in distress if there could be a quiet side room this would be so much better.
