Lack of care, no pain relief, bell no answer

Lady from supported housing with mental health problems - suffering from end-term cancer. She was often left in pain (one day it was extreme pain all day). No one answered call bells for extreme pain or to use toilet causing unneccesary suffering. Very little kindness or compassion shown by most staff. Left without drinks for long periods.
