Not great at a sensitive time

I had a miscarriage as the result of a totally unplanned pregnancy when I was 20 years old. I was treated like a number - not to mention with a clear lack of respect & sympathy. I feel this was due to my age. A friend of 30, married and tring for a baby, recently had a much better experience. Hope things have improved for younger people in my position
