still receiving treatment

still receiving treatment from them but they have been slow to give me appointments and i waited over 1 hour to see a consultant before. i kept being told things had been delayed due to a consultant having left but i believe this was an excuse for their inefficiency. the consultant was unsure of what treatment to give me which did not give me confidence.
