Good

I can wait up to 3 hours for my wife to be seen. When I asked they had lost the notes temporarily. If only they had told us of the staffing issues we would have been understanding. They do a good job and there is nothing wrong with the care we receive; it's just because it is so busy. ou often have to see different practitioners within the department which takes time
