If I'm told I need an appointment in 3 months time I may not receive it. When you get an appointment 1/2 will be cancelled and then rebooked. Once cancelled you then have to wait for a new appointment letter to arrive. When relying on family members to get me to appointments this makes things a lot more difficult. Communications issues do exist and I do have some trouble understanding staff at times. You can wait anywhere between 1 and 3 hours for your appointment
