Fantastic - everyone tries their bes
Have been a patient for 11 years. On one occasion had to call to confirm appointment. Very helpful to get a reminder call. Used to use hospital transport bus but now get daughter to help. She is self employed At one appointment doctor was interrupted 3 times. Like the staff and their attitude - it's the system that struggles. When ther is continuity quality of service is v.good eg knowing eye pressure figures. My children also receive service for eyes as a result of my care
