Informed and reassured in cataract operation

I recently had a cataract removed, unfortunately there were some problems so I was in theater for 1hr 20 mins. During this time I was kept informed about what was happening and reassured. Before going home I saw the consultant and he explained what I needed to do and when the follow up would be due to the complications. The appointment to look at replacing the lens is taking place tomorrow 4 weeks after the operation.
