Unless you chase you don't get action

Unless you chase the cardiac team you don't get action. Recently I called the consultant and had my scan moved forward which wouldn't have happened if I hadn't have called as the letter I received did not cover the issue in the same way as when I had spoken to them and suggested it was less urgent. After seeing the consultant you'r left waiting for information but the care provided has been ok.
