Original feedback for

Ipswich Hospital (Part of the East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust)

security treated me like a piece of meat

I was taken to the hospital after being found out and considered drunk and disorderly, I was quite obviously going through a mental breakdown, which I had history of if my records were checked properly. I was isolated in a room where I continuously banged my head against the wall for at least 5-10 minutes before anyone came and helped me. I was then watched by two security guards, who continuously misgendered me purposefully even after I corrected them multiple times. They then laughed at me and told me that i was “a waste of time” and invalidated my mental health issues. I was quite obviously very suicidal and was screaming to them that I just want to die and laughed at me, joking about the situation. I left in a very frail, unstable condition in hysterics.
