Knowing it is dealt with that day
I have only had issues once with calling into the surgery - waiting in the telephone queue for 45 mins then getting cut off! However, it must have been a one-off glitch as since then I have been pleased with a quick response and seen a GP with my ongoing condition. I will look at E-Consult, but only if it was for something that was not needing to be addressed urgently as 'online' consultations, do not give me confidence in knowing that things will be dealt with or seen the day you put them in. This is especially true when I feel I need access to the service for my children.
