Excellent care from all members of staff

I felt well cared for from the moment I called. The Gp triaged over the phone and then saw me the same day and was approachable and courteous. I felt well informed about the action planned and free to ask any questions. When I had my blood test the lay was very pleasant and protected my privacy at all times, she was efficient and kind throughout.
