Ixworth Surgery



Care very good

The care is very good but I haven't seen anyone for 3 years but have had chats on the phone and I'm confident if I needed to be seen after that I would be. I have felt that at different points a face to face appointment would've been better and I've not had my annual reviews or medication reviews recently but I do like being able to talk to the pharmacist about medication issues. One of my medications is still being prescribed even though the consultant has stopped it. More recently when I got ill over the weekend I decided to call 111 rather than wait until monday as there is the worry that you won't get talk to or be seen on the day by a GP.
