Ixworth Surgery



They have forgotten it's about the patients.

Waited 20mins for reception to answer call on more than one occasion, Drs seem to rush you and their policy, "One Patient One Problem" has made me uncomfortable to mention something else which could be connected. Appointments hard to get unless you know you are going to be ill in 3weeks time. Dispensary are a law unto themselves very hit and miss.
