Not told me cancelled

GP referral in March 2020. Paget appointment then was cancelled, but no one had told me! (This was due to covid-19 pandemic causing cancellations). No appointment offered to replace it for months despite my phone calls. Eventually a staff member/triage system said they were dealing with the referrals from August 2019! As I realised I had been incorrectly diagnosed. I returned to GP, got another referral, was seen quickly by Paget by a Nurse. Arrange a biopsy. saw consultant. She said I should have been dealt with MONTHS ago. She said her notes said I must not wait more than 3 months but triage repeatedly told me on the phone that the doctors notes said I could wait. Once treatment started, I was transferred to N & N for malignant Cancer - Operation March 2021.
