Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

I don't know how you can manage this, but you should be aware when you do your E and V visits that although everything looks good things happen that are not right. 1. Hair is not rinsed and bath gel is used even when shampoo is available. 2. Because client is fed through a peg there is no need to walk them to the dining room, Because of this they are left sititng. Patient developed broken skin pressure sores after 6 weeks and was given a pad instead of being taken to the toilet
