Reception goes out of way to help

Partner in today and we both have separate appointments, mine is this afternoon. When we checked in for my partners appointment this morning, reception offered to ask if my appointment can be changed so that I did not need to make two trips that day. Thankfully there were able to see me. I had not even asked, the receptionist did that completely of her own back. I felt that was really kind, and an example of how they do go out their way here to be helpful.
