Form filling was frustrating
Rang the surgery when my child's tonsils were bleeding. I was told to fill in the form online. I asked for urgent appointment but they said they cannot give me anything without the form being filled in. Reception id fill it in and I was given a call to say it would be dealt with tomorrow. I then called 111 who got me out of hours appointment at the same venue. I even saw the same doctor who rang me back! This was a highly stressful and frustrating situation. It ended up ok. No one suggested that I call 111, I luckily knew to do this, as I felt it could not wait another day and certainly did not want to go to A&E.
