Lost result and bad brusing

I had to have a blood test repeated because of a borderline result. I went on a Friday and it is Wednesday now, no result has been published to my GP Surgery. Plus the young woman who took the sample from me was rather rough, it hurt and she didn't put the needle in correctly. I have a large bruise around the site of sample, I'm not on any blood thinners.
