The on-line booking system was wrong.
The on-line booking system (which is the only way to book a blood test) would not allow me to book for my daughter (a child). There was no mention of the fact that children were not accepted and I had taken her there previously. I tried to call the helpline but it rang out then cut off with a rude message saying you can't leave a message, bye - then the call ended. I did manage to book an alternative appointment at Ipswich Hospital but that was not my preferred choice. Very frustrating.
