Difficulty getting Medication

My partner was unable to get medication at New year due to a system failure they never bothered to tell the GP practice about so GP had no idea electronic prescriptions weren’t going through so we had a lot of hassle running around to get it sorted before he ran out. Today its closed because theres no pharmacist and we can’t collect til Monday. We both work and can only get there on a Saturday. He will run out of meds on Monday so going to have to take time off work and hope they are open.
