Works fine
I have no issues getting appointments and I didn't have to wait long on the phone when arranging the appointment. It all works fine for me and nothing needs to change. I've not been regularly since covid but I called to arrange a review and got in quickly to see a health care assistant. I use the online system for my prescriptions and that works well. The only thing I'd change is the music that plays when you are on hold on the phone, something classical would be good.
