Polite, Helpful, Educational, Timely

I can always manage to get an appointment within a couple of days and a same day appointment if necessary. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The phone is answered promptly. The dispensing team are particularly helpful. The practise nurses are very helpful. I suffer from mental health problems and addiction. The Doctors continue to help me whenever they can.
