Really kind staff

The nurses are really kind, they listen to you and do all they can. They never rush you out. A bit more of a friendly approach by doctors would be nice as it can put you off discussing things with them. The way staff are with you is good generally. Getting through on the phone is quite quick and you don't have to redial much, it all works well.
