Longshore Surgeries - Kessingland

Rural issues and getting to a GP appointment

As Wrentham is a 'part-time' surgery in the group, and that is the village we live in, if we are ill on the day it is not open we have to travel to Kessingland or Wangford. We do not drive and the bus service is not very regular. When we call for an appointment the receptionist can be very abrupt as we are taking a little time to try and work out if the appointment time offered works ok with the bus service. Consideration needs to be given by the surgery for patients that live in the rurals and rely on public transport.
