Frustrating trying to get through

I get very frustrated trying to get through on the telephone in the morning for an appointment. I have been to A & E at James Paget when I needed to see someone and not been able to see my GP. I also use the local pharmacy, but when I need pain relief I feel I need to see the GP as they are more able to medically assess that pain.
