Phone almost 100 times

When I phone in, it can take ages to get thorough, today it was almost 100 times. (my phone shows you the amount you have rang a number). I feel it is silly giving one problem in your appointment as the GP will not get the full picture when things are linked. I have had wrong diagnosis due to this issue. One problem only takes a couple of minutes.
