Magdalen House Care Home



Poor treatment & care

No welcome, the staff are pleasant. There has been no time spent asking us about my husband. There's no care plan. Has had a fall, went to hospital with no carers, he refused tests etc. In hospital so they sent him home. When I was able to visit that day he was still in the same clothes as I'd put him in the day before. No explanation that they don't send carers to hospital and will charge if they do. Nothing very obvious that they had winter vomiting bug. No advice from staff. Cups are passed by the rim to individuals. Rubbish not collected. Medication not given when it should be
