No contact made

In a GP surgery and the Healthwatch staff helped me find a midwife contact. The GP at Pinewood did not say. This service had not been in touch, but HWS staff gave me details to follow up with and so then I got my named midwife. No contact had been made before then, and I was worried.

Better than ANY GP Surgery in Suffolk

October 4, 2018
The people here ACTUALLY care about their clients, you find care, kindness, compassion and understanding, even from the security guards you will get a smile! Downside is that there should be a GP there every day of the week - l live near Sudbury and that’s a 50 mile round trip - having to “schedule” being unwell enough to see a GP on Thursday only is really hard. Nor is it acceptable to just turn up at A & E that is what the NHS don’t want! This is a brilliant facility just needs a GP it at least a Nurse Prescriber available daily.

The team support me in the way that I feel I need support. They do not judge me. they helped me change my doctors surgery from Deben road to Barrack Lane.
