Poor Communication
Rang dispensary for a prescription for an elderly person; explained that the elderly person would not have any medication for the following morning. Was told there would be a prescription to pick up late afternoon. Somebody went to pick up the prescription for us to be told there was no record of the phone call and there was no prescription to pick up. and try in the morning. I rang again next day (twice) to be told the prescription was with the duty doctor. I then again explained that the elderly person had not had any medication that morning. I sent someone to the surgery to pick up the prescription there is no prescription to pick up as it is somewhere in the building
