Martlesham Heath Surgery


Use of AskMyGP

The AskMyGP system generally works well with call backs usually received quite quickly, but nearly always with someone other than a GP. I have a re-currant issue that needs quite frequent contact with the surgery. I do have some concerns that a GP does not have involvement in my care and that it is always another healthcare professional. Whilst I appreciate these are well trained professionals, they probably do not have the expertise that I would expect a GP to have.
