Practitioner - A credit to you!

I would like to take my time to thank a Practitioner for his empathetic and understanding approach to my consultation. I felt listened to and I felt understood. He had a natural empathetic way to him and I feel he is a credit to your surgery. As a previous GP Nurse myself, I understand the pressures practitioners can be under but his consultation was thorough, done within a good time frame and felt genuine. Long may it continue - thank you.
